Hi Guys Presenting Jellybean Icon Pack for Galaxy Y Shared by Xda Member Adam Azmi.

0 At First take a nandroid backup because if u not like this pack u will revert back to stock 0 flash the cwm
0 Reboot in Recovery mode by pressing vol up+home+Power button together once you enter recovery mode touch screen become function-less so use volume up and down to move up and down, home button for selection and power as back button.
o Now in recovery mode select "apply update from sdcard" and navigate to the root directory of sd card and select cwm file "cwm.zip" this will take you to clockworkMod Recovery.
o Mount All
o Now select "install zip from sd" and then choose JB_IconPack.zip (when you install it,it will automatically reboot your device)
o Go to recovery mode again
0 install zip from sd card & Select JB_IconPack_Update.zip (it will automaticaly reboot)
