1. Open the Spare Part.apk

2. Set "Window animation" into Fast

4. Set "Transition animation" into Fast

5. Checked "Fancy input animation"

6. Obey "Font size & End button behavior"

7. Check "Haptic feedback"

8. Check "Compatibility Mode"

9. Close
